Lunar Eclipse in Gemini & the Age of Aquarius

November 30   Lunar Eclipse in Gemini & the Age of Aquarius

This month’s full moon also holds the focus for a lunar eclipse in Gemini. Full moons typically hold an intense energy of clarity and transparency that is reflected through the prism of the astrological sign that it is aligned with, here being the sign of Gemini. Gemini holds the focus on communication also dual or paradoxical aspects of truth. Gemini is also a mutable sign that has the capacity to deal with fast changes. This is an eclipse that focuses on the future rather than karmic aspects of the past and we are challenged to reflect where 2020 has taken us and to look at the new choices that are before us. Most of us will notice that we have different timelines opening up, with radical new beginnings. This can be a gentle nudge or an emotional experience, like watching a house of cards falling, as we watch the past fall away and wonder if we have the courage to embrace the new.

Holding gratitude for 2020 and our path that we have tread helps us ground into the moment as we consider our options. Gemini also speaks of deep reveals and surprises in our life. Is there something you need to process before you move forward and can be fully in the flow of 2021? This is a question that presents itself deeply from this eclipse until the end of 2020.

As many of you have noticed, the sun is becoming increasingly more active and sunspots, coronal mass objections and solar wind are commonplace these days. This activity has been typical for the November to Winter Solstice window of time for many years now. And most likely we will see a climax around December 8-12 and to some degree continuing until Winter Solstice. The first two weeks of December will probably have this intense feeling of push and pull, anxiety and irritability as we are given the opportunity to see the extreme polarities of emotions and let go. This period can feel dreamlike & soulful as we detach from the energetic patterns of 2020. It can feel like your sense of reality is falling away as you create anew. Simplify your life where you can, find the joy in every moment and practice self-care when needed.

Winter Solstice 2020 heralds in the age of Aquarius, the long awaited final shift from the Piscean age into the Aquarian, with an astrological lineup which has not occurred in 800 years. It portends a clash of dark and light, pessimism and optimism AND it’s up to you to keep your focus on the positive possibilities of new beginnings for all of us.

Take care to connect to your heart space as often as you can, for the path of the heart is always the higher timeline.

Namaste, Christine
