Conflict Management and Peacemaking Workshop
group capacity 6-25 Ever felt frustrated with and exhausted by the emotional complications of your workplace? This workshop takes you behind-the-scenes of some typical challenging situations, giving you insight and teaching you methods for resolving conflicts and maintaining equanimity in a high paced, changing workplace environment. Using the Thomas-Killman Conflict Mode Instrument, participants will examine the five easy to understand modes of conflict handling: competing, collaborating, compromising, avoiding and accommodating. Each mode has positive aspects and limitations, thus it is highly useful to discover your own personal preferences in order to sharpen your sensitivity and skill in handling of conflict on a daily basis. Participants will receive a personalized assessment of their different conflict handling styles, with appropriate suggestions for learning to work with less preferred modes. A definite must for managing change and learning how to transform stress into personal growth and effective workplace results!
