Yoga Healing

In these single one-on-one sessions, Christine utilizes a combination of Nutrition Consulting plus custom-designed yoga asanas (poses), ayurveda, breathing techniques and energy work to facilitate healing, strength building and rejuvenation in your body including the parasympathetic nervous system.

We all have unique bodies with different strengths and physical challenges from injuries, stress or genetic predispositions. Working with restorative and Hatha yoga can help you reach your optimal health for your body and find a sustainable balance in your life.

These healing sessions are for you if you are:

  • Recovering from an injury
  • Recovering from chronic illness or burnout
  • Would like to develop a personalised yoga practice for home
  • Need additional follow-up to deepen your yogic practice

For new clients, 75 minute sessions are offered in packages of 4, as they truly are a process of educating the body and mind to create spaciousness, flexibility and strength.

Package of 4 sessions includes:

  • Initial physical strength and mobility assessment
  • Personal Ayurvedic assessment & Nutrition Consulting
  • Creating a personalized sequence of yoga asanas
  • Energy healing and adjustments as agreed upon
  • Life and Wellness Coaching and mentoring
